This year mom and dad decided to bottle some tomatoes. I usually do several bottles myself each year (okay on years when I'm not pregnant). It was so much fun to hang out at their house and do this together. I remember while I was growing up, they used to do chili sauce and tomatoes each September. Saturday we processed 77 quarts! We will be doing chili sauce in a couple of weekends and I would like to try salsa too.
