Broc had last Friday off so we decided that we would take the family to the Oquirrh Temple Open House. Hunter had already been through, in fact he got to help carry in the pictures that are on the walls and helped hang a few of them. Iain was very excited to venture through and try to match the rooms to their pictures in the pamphlet. It was a great experience for all of us to go through together and I hope that they kids remember it.
That is one thing we are looking forward to when we come down in a few weeks! We are getting a new temple here in Calgary in the next year or so. The closest one to us right now is about 3 hours away, so that will be nice. (If we are still here when it's done!)
ReplyDeleteI went through with my young women on Tuesday and it sure is beautiful! We did think we were going to be blown away in the tents during the video.
